We have not had to claim was a bit worried looking at some of the reviews then saw you picked up on the negative reviews to answer them that impressed me,both our cars have been with dial direct for a few years now, I don’t allow auto renew and check comparison sites but dial direct operatives beat other prices quoted or very close to when I ring to question renewal quote so Very satisfied and hope we are as well supported if we ever do need a claim
