“Total disregard for customer refunds”

We have had 2 cruises booked with One last November and one this April. Both have been cancelled. The November cruise was cancelled back at the end of September and we're still waiting for a refund. They do not keep you updated and we have to chase them only to receive a standard reply that we will get a refund by 31 March that's 6 months after cancellation! I feel that they are using my hard earned money to keep their company afloat and this is simply not acceptable. I need the refund of my own money to keep my family afloat. I will not use this company again.
