“ordered club at price advertised but the price went up”

absoluteley the poorest customer services on the entire web ordered club at advertised price £134.99 turns out they were puting it up that day but promised they would give me one at £134.99 after authorising £149.99 from my bank account ie the new price i looked on the site three days later and the order was on hold, phoned them up and was told they didnt know if they had the club in stock or not(and they are still advertising them)i think they were not happy at selling me the club at the originl price and preferred to sell at the new price, still waiting on my money being returned, SO BUYERS BEWARE I WASTED FIVE PHONE CALLS SEVERAL EMAILS AND £149.99 AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO HELP OR RECTIFY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES OF ALL GOLF SITES IN THE UK
