“worse non UKcustomer services”

Since this Covid has taken over I feel 3 network has been nothing but a scandal especially those based in India call centers, how do a large company such as 3 allow people to talk to valued customers as if they were a piece of nothing. the Asian call centre ignores you when you complain on the phone they stay quite for a few minutes then hang up the call I have never felt this emotional and ignorant about anyone before but the Asians you get on the 3 mobile network customer service makes you wish you could travel through the phone and stab the hell out of them, this is how disrespectful they are.
can anyone also tell me how does this work! if my direct debit date is the 25th but I pay my bill manually on the 22nd or earlier than the direct debit date how does 3 still go into my account on the 25th to take payment again, and obviously because the bill was paid before the DD date when 3 goes into my bank there is no money there do you not think its morally wrong for 3 to try take the payment they have received already, what really annoys me is that Three network will attempt to get a second payment on 3 occasions from your bank after 3 attempts the direct debit is then cancelled (not by me ) and then you receive a bill from 3 network stating that you owe them £5 for not having DD set up.
