The member of staff that I spoke to at HomeProtect was fantastic when I needed to update our policy to include a new item :) It was in between Christmas and New Year that I phoned up and despite the staff member having to work during the Christmas period, he was very friendly and helpful. He also spotted a mistake I'd made on my original form and was quick and efficient at fixing that for us.

Will continue to have our Contents Insurance with HomeProtect.

I don't have anything negative to add!
