ASAPTicketsUK took £969 of my money for flights to the US in Dec 2019. The flights were for May2020 and were cancelled due to the pandemic. Since I told them I want a refund rather than rebook (to which all consumers are entitled, as the cancellation is out of their control), I've had nothing but hassle from ASAP who STILL haven't refunded me.
I am in the UK, we are in yet another lockdown and won't be able to travel anytime soon, plus my work is very disrupted right now, so I would just like my money back. ASAP are now ignoring my emails after agreeing to a refund back in September.
Please don't book with them. Go direct to airlines where you have more protection. Don't rely on your credit card company to protect you either!
