I have sent multiple communications about a delivery that happened on December 23rd, and the nature of this delivery is extremely concerning.
Bloomex has ignored all of my messages: emails, voicemails, Instagram messages, live chats. This was a serious safety concern I was trying to raise with Bloomex and I’m beyond disappointed at the ZERO response. Every company has a responsibility to keep their customers’ safety a priority, and Bloomex failed to do that. this could potentially be a law enforcement issue, and I one I wish not to pursue, but I may not be left a choice. If they would respond, I would consider not pursuing that avenue, but they clearly don't care. Customers receiving a delivery from Bloomex: BEWARE OF THE DRIVERS, THEY ARE ACTUALLY UNSAFE, ENTERING CONDO COMPLEXES WITHOUT BEING BUZZED IN, ARE EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR, AND ARE NOT WEARING FACE MASKS.
