Rhiana phoned at the exact appointment time on Friday.
She talked me through the options, whilst considering my personal circumstances.
She reassured me that she was there to help by email at any point in time.
I had expected to receive some information relating to houses that your organisation had sold in my area but have not received this as yet.
We agreed a date and time that someone else would phone me (Mon after 11am) but this didn’t happen.
