Never buy rehalat agent

I bought 3tickets and the fees were deducted from my account and didn’t recieve any confirmation or the etickets and i called the call center they told my the fonfirmation takes time , and this is really the first time i see this with any travel agent to deduct the money and never give you the confirmation . It is a non professional agent .
