“stay away from vivid seat!!!!”

If I could give them a negative review I would. They claimed they sent me an email for my cancelled Billie Eilish concert on December 4th which I never received. By the time I checked their website I was screwed out of getting a refund because I "exceeded" the 7 day refund policy rule. How the heck would I know if I never received the email. They claimed their system showed that I got the email but then they said, "maybe you have a setting on your email that made it so you didn't get the email" That's a pile of BS because oddly enough, after the phone call I got an email to rate their customer service. They also claimed that I'm the first to complain about not receiving the email. I will never use their services or recommend them to ANYONE!!!!
