“YOU DO NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAY FOR! UPDATES? YOUR...”

I have been dealing with issues on receiving my updates since Aug. 2011 and it is now Oct 2011. I have spoken to Kevin Nice, waste of time, and Ive even been dealing with the president of the company Mark J. Gorrie, also waste of time. I made the mistake in July 2010 of paying for LIFE TIME SUPPORT which now they tell me has an experation date,HAHA and Ive only gotten 3 updates over the last 2 years although I have paid to have them sent on disc and I was told by Mark, that there were 9 updates in 2010!! Ive been told the issue is the Postal Service delivering to me, and its my problem to solve, once again, HA HA! This company wants only your money and is not concerned with getting the updates to you! Ive asked and offered many solutions to Mark, since I have business ethic, to which he wont make a promise to get my updates to me! The other issue, if you ever used this program, There is no way they have ever tried to use this program nor do they have any concept of what we as a business owner needs! Kennel Connection and Blue Crytal, need to care about the business that have purchased their product! I beleive I will take legal action for satisfaction, anyone want in on it? sTEP 2 :)
