“Re-mortgaging for the first time”

Deal Direct have kept me up-to-date via text/email with developments throughout. They have always responded quickly to any queries either on the telephone or email. I was quite anxious about the process, but they put my mind at ease and answered any questions I had. I honestly can't think of anything I wasn't happy about. Would happily recommend them to family and friends. They are even going to contact me before the fixed term comes to the end, to see if they can find me another deal. I have also been contacted by their Insurance Advisor to go through the cover I will need for the new product.
