disgusting service.

continued to say they missed us but nobody ever turned up. had to re arrange delivery several times and each time someone had to be there to sign for the parcel taking my time off work.

it would have been easier and cheaper if i went into town to collect this item from a shop.

they have made no effort to contact me and as i try to call them their number is a premium rate number and only option is to speak to a answer machine not giving any usefull information.

i would avoid this delivery company this is not the first time this has happened as in the summer the kept failing to deliver a BBQ we ordered and in the end had to go collect it from the depot again easier and cheaper if i just went to B and Q
