This app has helped me so much the calorie intake has been key ,and exercise I love the step counter ,this app has encouraged me to drink water and plenty of it .I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is trying to lose pounds or stones .The scanner gave me more choice when out shopping or even socialising. Even counts calories when I am enjoying a naive alcoholic drink This is truly the only app I have lost weight with I hand tried every slimming club ,succeed before but hit the menopause and nothing worked . So Thankyou nutracheck . I feel fitter and my energy levels have increased .I will use this app forever what a game changer
