“Terrible windows, even worse customer service”

It’s now nearly 4 weeks since our windows were installed and trying to speak with anyone about our issues is near impossible.
The branch manager won’t respond to my calls or text. Customer service say they’ll ring you tomorrow but don’t. I’m not sure what to do next.
We have one window that won’t open, and the sound proofing from all of these windows is awful. Our old windows that were over 20 years old and broken gave better sound proofing, and I’m being serious!
I have no confidence in this company and would strongly recommend against using them as when you have issues no one cares.
