I thought I had ordered my seats on a Sun. night. The Pay Pal information didn't go through, but I got an e-mail to select seats and get $20.00 off which gave me the clue that something wasn't right. I called Customer Service starting at 8 a.m, every 3-5 min. until 8:45 a.m. No one answered, but a machine stated they were not open yet, although the times on the website said 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

But the positive thing is that I was on the ball, an e-mail was sent to give me an idea, I still got the tickets and Tim Moon, Order #377923 was honest, helpful. I would recommend, in my opinion, ordering on-line I do 90% of the time, but when buying broker tickets, call the sales person. Do it in person!!!!! You are taken care of.

Fed Ex came to the door, I was even home and they waited more than 5 seconds to drop off my tickets.
