I get calls fron their staff every other day asking me to update payment details or pay after payment has been made.
On Friday I requested the payment arrangement we made over the phone in writing. I called 3 times as it hadn't been sent. Then I was tils I'll get it and the end of the day.
It is now Monday and still no letter, I called again and was advised it would be sent immediately but wouldn't let me stay on the line. It's been 2 hours, no letter and they are rejecting my calls.
