Moving house was shocked to find that on moving this could only be done at a substantially worse rate with a huge penalty for otherwise cancelling the contract. Immoral and unethical bundling, and misrepresentation by TalkTalk. Also worse deal offered existing vs new customers. That was one of TalkTalks selling points when I joined. Is this no longer the case?
Not happy.
Likely to recommend against TalkTalk to all of my friends, family, acquaintances, and random strangers.
