“No delivery and arrogant attitude”

I am very disappointed with Interparcel. I sent two International packages, selecting FedEx Priority because the estimated delivery dates were nearer in time, than if I were to send them by post or another courier. The first arrived at a Norwegian sorting office four days ago. and has not moved since. It was meant to be delivered at first on the 17th or 18th, then the 19th, but it appears to still be stuck. I chased on the day it was meant to be delivered, and was told it would be 24 hours until they got a response. I chased again today (more than 24 hours later) and was met by a woman with an arrogant attitude who seemed to have no interest in trying to help. She told me I should not expect a response until 72 hours has past since the request and the estimated delivery dates advertised have no bearing on reality. The tracking shows that the parcel has been stationary for 4.5 days. A responsible company would chase their International partner without waiting for the sender to enquire. Interparcel had taken the recipient's telephone number down wrong on both parcels, but the agent I spoke with came across as annoyed that I asked her to pass on the correct number to Interparcel's partner in Norway, so that they are able to contact the recipient to solve any problems. The other parcel is now stuck at the same sorting office and the tracking shows there is a problem. Interparcel appears to take no responsibility for the delay, and I now fear that the parcels will not arrive at all. The lack of accountability and arrogance displayed by the agent I spoke with is making my experience as a customer into a very stressful one. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company.
