I cant recommend this company enough. I spoke to Dav who was super professional and prompt with the process. My daughter decided to practice her throwing and smashed the screen of my OLED tv (she's only 2, otherwise she be up for adoption right now) which has been my pride and joy for last couple of years.
The claim process took a while with my insurer due to covid and i believe staff working remotely. But soon as it was passed onto SBS and Dav made the initial call you just got the feeling things will be moving on now. But even that exceeded my expectation. We spoke initially on Friday, engineers picked up my tv on following Wednesday by Thursday Dav was back in touch arranging a replacement.
He couldn't have made the process easier and his expertise is second to none. He'd done his research into the telly so knew exactly what i needed even before ringing.
Ideally you dont need to make a claim but if you do and this company takes over, rest assured you will be sorted.
