“poor service”

My daughter bought a boiler from Homeserve which was supplied and fitted by them.
Days after fitting a leak developed on the boiler and on a pipe joint fitted by their plumber.Another plumber was sent out he stopped the leak on the boiler but said the part leaking had been damaged by the installing plumber.Because the leaking joint was at the back of the gas meter he would not repair it saying it needed a gas fitter.He stopped the leak but at the expence of no upstairs hot water.More delay then a gas fitter arrives takes one look at the joint says its not his job it's a plumbers and leaves.Customer services say problem has been escalated. While waiting for the repair another joint leaks.Another plumber arrives he repairs second leak but again says a gas fitter is needed.So out came the gas fitter who looks at the joint says he is a gas fitter and that the joint repair is a plumbers job.He then left.Phone calls to customer service are met with the problem has been escalated.Now they are saying it's the fault of the old pipes so the problem is nothing to do with homeserve.This has now been ongoing for two weeks and is still not resolved.Wish we had never used them.
