“Awful Service”

They make it up as they go along.
I received an email to say that my order was despatched on 11 November and delivery would be 14 November.
No delivery as of 16 November so I contacted them and they told me that it was despatched on 12 November by 2nd Class untracked post. I paid £4.99 for postage and the Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked and signed for parcel rate for an A3 calendar is £3.95.
The Royal Mail charge for an A3 calendar sent by normal untracked post is £3.58 by 1st Class and £2.95 by 2nd Class.
They charge for £4.99 for delivery but profiteer by using normal delivery
They also tell me they would do nothing about chasing my order until 14 days had past.
