What a result, it has seemed so easy.The app calculated my calory intake to a sensible level but to also achieve my goal. I decided to eat what ever I wanted until all my daily calories were used and then stop. I soon found out what foods were low count and kept the hunger away. Try porridge or wheetabix for lunch, it works a treat. After 2-3 weeks it get easier and the food cravings subside. Will power is required but the payoff is well worth it. I can now get back in clothes I haven't worn for 2 years.
