“The easiest diet to follow!”

I can’t believe how simple Nutracheck is. I have lost 10lbs in 3months and am now below what I set as a target. When you think of the basics behind Nutracheck it’s obvious to me now that in order to loose weight, there has to be a calorie deficit. The app is really easy to use and I linked my Fitbit to help increase my calorie allowance. Seeing the calorie value of the foods I ate has been a real eye opener and makes me understand now why I couldn’t make slimming world work for me. I’ve never felt restricted as to what I can eat but at the same time it has helped me make better food choices. I exercise more now and honestly feel the best I have for a long time. I can’t rate Nutracheck enough!
