“Not worth the paper / email it’s written on”

Terrible service. They will drip feed questions over months, not put links to send back info in emails do you have to post. They then get you to try a charge back in the end 6 months later they’re still dragging it out.
Run by UK Insurance Shocking but not surprising.
Not holding out much hope for them to pay out.

Their plan is obviously to delay and stretch the timeline out until it’s not worth the time
Ours was only for around £250. It’s cost them more in time than to just pay out

Sad way to run a business
Please don’t rely on this for your holiday insurance
