“Never delivered”

I order some flowers abd chocolate to be delivered sane day, as the service advised. Flowers never arrived, although I received a confirmation message suggesting delivery was made. I wrote a message next day and they got back to me two days later, offering me to delivered four days later to deliver date. I asked for full reinvestment and compensation but company is not abke to give any compensation for they poor service. I eill never purchase products with them in the future.
A very disappointed customer
