LC were brilliant at helping me get rid of a CCJ that I accidentally occurred. They talked me through the process and prepared all the paperwork which they then sent me with clear instructions on what to do. At no point did I feel I couldn't contact them for clarification or that they weren't helpful. If my designated case handler wasn't available, someone else would look through my file and answer my queries. They were very quick with replying and sending over paperwork too. Would recommend them if you need help with a CCJ.
