“Terrible customer care”

My installation for Harvey water softener was planned for 23/10/2020 between 12-2.00pm. I had a message on 9/10/2020 from Harvey confirming this. I took a day off from work ready for the installation. At around 11.35, I received a phone call from Harvey informing that the Plumber was not coming and that the installation needed to be rescheduled to 12/11/2020 even though I had waited 2 weeks already. If the customer care is like this even before the installation then I am very much concerned on how it would be after the installation. So I cancelled the order completely even though they took my money already. I wouldn't recommend Harvey to anybody . :(
