“Horrendous! ”

Do not use this service! I booked an intensive course with this company as the advert said’ want to pass your test in a hurry’ this was not the case! They booked my test then told me that they could not allocate me an instructor as they didn’t have one, they then offered me a refund for my hours so I could take them elsewhere and still sit my original test! After being told I would be contacted regarding my refund I wasn’t so had to ring back up three times! The company then tried to refund me short THEN charged me a £50 admin fee for refunding me my own money! This is apparently a ‘good will’ gesture for not being able to provide me with an intensive course within 6 months! There is also nothing about an admin fee in their terms and conditions so please do not use this service! I am having to find a different instructor and lost money through no fault of my own!
