“Very poor quality and no refund!”

I ordered a Monet copy painting from as I was persuaded by their website self-promotion. The alarm bells started ringing when a package arrived from China as it didn’t say anything about China on their website. I opened it and was appalled by the poor quality, it was barely recognizable compared to the original painting. I asked the customer service rep Ida Bin for my money back but I still haven’t received it after three months!
