I have been waiting 6 months for a refund from a cancelled flight last April. Numerous calls to SAS have resulted in promises which have not been met. I would have thought that being Scandinavian the company would provide stellar service. That is not the case. I will never again fly on this airline, and have advised my friends and colleagues to avoid it at all costs. A HUGE disappointment!
