Have been using Nutracheck for a few years. It allows oh so simple facility in tracking calories eaten and burned. It presents also a range of diets to choose from and the food database is enormous, not to mention that your own recipes can be saved and their nutritional values and calories all recorded. It also links to my Fitbit watch logging my steps which are used to calculate net calorie Intake. What I really like is that I can use it to plan my weekly meal menu. Just look every day for my plan, still adjusting it if you happen to fancy something different. Far more benefits than mentioned. Worth a trial if you really want to lose weight in a healthy way. I cannot think of anything that I would change and new innovations appear regularly.
