They have poor customer service, you get the run around of automated messaging. They don't respond to you when you email or do the chat. They then claim you never "emailed them" which apparently is different than contact us. They try to argue with you that you didn't contact them but then back track and say they see you tried on their site and then when you ask why you received no response they then go back into the loop of the show is postponed. The show is cancelled, it was suppose to be in May. The venue has told me the show is not being rescheduled but this company just says it is postponed. But hey--- they have a 100% guarantee. I asked how long the show can be postponed for since they are selling tickets for the same performance for Fall 2021 and then I got some more run around. Kissing that money good bye. Don't buy from them.
