I contacted DFH recently and I spoke with a very helpful and understanding young man.
He was brilliant all the way through , step by step of the process of a debt management plan as this option was the best for my circumstances.
I would urge anyone who is struggling with debt to speak to someone like him at DFH as I feel a weight has been lifted. Yes there is a small fee for this service however a small price to pay to have someone take care of all the uglier bits dealing with creditors. I felt incredibly embarrassed about my situation however if your like me constantly worrying and distracted from life because of debt give yourself a break and get in touch,Don’t struggle alone. So many thanks to the person I dealt with and the team at Dfh .
