I’ve tried the lot - low fat, low carb, diet clubs, etc. Nothing worked. I know what I have to do, but that’s different to doing it. At my wits end I decided on a balanced diet counting calories. It’s working - a bit boring but now I’m used to it it’s automatic. And less boring than I expected using low calorie healthy foods with a bit of what you fancy. If it works fir me it can work for anyone. You have the freedom to decide what type of diet you want, what you want to lose per week and your weight goal. The calorie counter is really extensive, but you’ll have to weigh things. If you’ve tried and failed to lose weight already then this is well worth a try.
