“Severely disappointed”

Their awful review caused us to lose our mortgage provider, they undervalued a brand new house, in a row of houses EXACTLY THE SAME -all new builds in a new development- by £20,000!

Every other house, valued by competent surveyors, was actually valued at £10,000 more than the asking price! There is no reason why there could possibly be a £30k difference in value! All brand new builds, all exactly the same!!!

We challenged the survey through their appeals process, only to be fobbed off with some nonsense about an entirely different style of house. Terrible company with inept surveyors, avoid like the plague!
