“Kitchen nightmare - if you read one review make it...”

Steer clear of this company as from the point you sign up to purchase a kitchen from Wren the customer service drops significantly. Our kitchen fitter arranged through Wren walked out on us twice and has not come back, an item was missed out on our delivery and I've been told I have to wait 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I have called several times to raise these issues and to ask about other snags and issues but have had no reply. I have now written a letter of complaint but still no response, so I'm hoping that by sharing my experience publicly will get their attention to provide me with the customer service that I deserve. I truly wish I hadn't gone with Wren and would encourage you to think twice
