This is the 3rd time I've had to rebook my holiday. Previous agents were not very helpful but I dealt with agent today and must say he was absolutely amazing. He was so polite and could not do enough for me to ensure I could book my holiday again for next year for the same price. I will definitely book again with Holiday Gems as long as I can deal with such a polite and well mannered gentleman. Keep up the good work.
