We had new French doors fitted. Completed during torrential rain so all silicone is marked. Gaps under doors where daylight can be seen. Not level, doors unable to lock and external trims all warped. Fitter sent out after 3 weeks and addressed the door not locking but was rude and told us he didn’t have time for any other repairs. Arranged for a return visit which is now in another 2 months. Our door will not close in warm weather so now cannot open our new French doors. Formal complaint raised and still waiting for response
Avoid if possible as no interest once they have your money
