“Second time used, more fool me.f”

Used them once before and an apparent crack had appeared once they’d received the phone, which wasn’t there when I sent in the phone, therefore received a much lesser payment. Used them again and was told the touchscreen was scratched and was therefore offered half of what I was previously quoted. The phone was in great condition. No thanks.
