My car developed an intermittent electrical problem resulting in a flat battery. The breakdown vehicle arrived within the hour and the car was running within minutes. The problem is likely to be within the electronics of the vehicle and could not be fixed at the roadside, particularly as it is intermittent problem. The next stop will be to a recognised agency of the vehicle. I have been a member of GEM for many years and cannot fault the service.
