“It was always filthy, now it's shut!”

I had a family membership there. The cleanliness of the changing rooms was poor and the shower facilities worce than a municipal baths from the 1970s. Complaints did no good. The free weights area was full of blokes in wife-beater vests admiring themselves in the mirrors and dropping their weights on the floor. TBH I'm glad it's closed as I won't have to renew my membership, I'll spend the money on a decent road bike instead.
