“Poor delivery”

The last couple of time i've placed preorders for items to come on release they haven't. I get the email saying it's dispatched and it's coming via 1st class mail but it always arrives late. I question whether or not things actually get dispatched when they say they do.

Would not recommend, plenty other companies out there that can and will get you your games on time despite what's going on in the world.
