Worst customer service!! I never write reviews but I felt like everyone needed to be aware of how awful this network is. I upgraded my contract back in April and cancelled my other contract which they continued to charge me for. I have called in excess of 50 times to try and get this issue sorted with no help from any customer service advisor, I even went into store and they told me they were unable to help.
I will be leaving this network as soon as possible and will never return. I have never in my life been so done over for money that you physically can’t get out of paying.
