Amazing lady, was considerate when helping me rebook. Calm and friendly and helped me find the best holiday for myself and sister. Pleasure dealing with her. I’m very excited to go on holiday and will be looking forward to speaking to this agent when I book holidays in the future.
She called me back to make sure I received the information I needed. Very quick and easy. She ensure I was happy at all times and told me everything that was happening and gave advice on the holiday. Have an extra message to the hotel to ensure I had a nice room. Feeling very happy after the conversation.
Thank you so much for your help looking forward to dealing with a holiday again soon.
