I booked a flight with Tiket.com paying 180dollars, my flight got cancelled because of the COVID and the airline suddenly sent me a email apologizing and telling me that my agent would have been refunded shortly and I could deal directly with him.
Tiket.com needed 5months to refund me the money which were in part missing. I have got back just half of the amount, I'm still sending email to them without luck, they just ignore me now.

-30$ bank fee
150$ of which I got 90$
=60$ MISSING
