I have had LAP for a few months now, I initially chose them because of the lady who I enjoy working with, the management fee compared to the high street agents and the rent guarantee plan which in the current economy environment does provide a good protection on my rental income. I have now been "working" with this lady for six months on two of my rental properties and she is so positive, professional, knowledgeable, ready to jump in and fix everything for me. One of my tenants didn't pass the reference check due to her quarterly rolling employment contract,this lady and her director have gone extra miles to secure the rent guarantee plan for us. Thank you both!

Another person I dealt with is helpful too, we had tenants wanted to do one AST but pay rents on different frequency,she brought it up with her director and sorted out the contract for us, which is fantastic!

Thanks to the people I dealt with and their lovely director who is happy to provide me with the rent guarantee!
