I placed an order back in 2017 and lived their product. Turn around time for custom orders was about 3 weeks then. I decided to place an order on 7/8 of this year and was promptly charged on 7/9. It is now 8/18 and I have emailed 5+ times and left 2 messages with no response. I decided to file a complaint with the BBB and then the response was I will be notified when my order ships. I rejected that 2x but the BBB considers the matter resolved. Still no order received and no response regarding the now 6 week timeframe. Buyer beware.
