Booked online Dec 19 with refunds were part of their cancellation policy, when booking was made. Our flights have been cancelled due to covid 19, now they will not refund, only giving credits for future use, no good to us as we don't know when we will try travel abroad again.
Despite 2 emails asking for a refund they won't budge. Now applying for a charge back via the credit card company.
