“no messing about”

I am blind and therefore I find it difficult telephoning banks and finance companies and then receiving a bin load of pamphlets and letters that I cannot read. I contacted Wentworth. They rang me back and completed everything over the phone and internet. No sack fulls of post and no difficult forms to fill in. They arranged the loan and I was given a credit agreement in brail. The money was transferred to my account. Plain and simple and job well done.
